Happy Thanksgiving!
I know I'm late, my online time has been sporadic and erratic. We were invited to Daegu for a thanksgiving lecture at the Catholic University of Daegu, I wasvery preoccupied with Chomsky, for some reason, but everybody's mood improved when we looked at the worlds worst website.
The turkey dinner later that night was very special. The Korean Professor provided Kitchen and matyerials and the American women provided the labour. I was sent shopping with the other kid.
Later that evening I was mildly surprised upon reading the label to find that the dinner had been flavored with Herb Bath Salt (the professor said it was good, very expensive). Another realization was that Korean turkeys have little in common with their American counterparts. The one we encountered that evening could look back on a long and active life that he spend looking for an occational grain on the mountaintop.....after about 45 minutes we had all given up on finding the meat. The Californiarolls and the bathsalt flavored stuffing turned out to be a satisfactory substitute.
