This weekend I'm in Cologne for Christopher Street Day (or CSD, as they like to call it). It really is amazing how gay Germans have become, they used to be ever so manly....and now they are gay to the extent that they celebrate CSD several times for several days in several cities. And there are no more children being born.
So far, it's been noisy and crowded and there are many pretty boys and a lot of ugly drag queens in tasteless dresses. To get in the mood we watched Gohatto, a film about gay samurai who kill each other for this weird looking kid. Because some men "lean that way". Taking a look at the crowd outside: they sure do.

I can't believe it's July already. I guess time passes more quickly as we get older. My weekend was a remarkable one. I was invited to an info event on the concept of Herrmann-Lietz-Schulen. The event took place at Schloss Bieberstein, a castle in the middle of mountainous nowhere. It was a weekend filled with educational and occupational group reflections. And a group filled with quite unusual characters.
