Does anyone know where there is a link to this site on http://www.iaea.org ????

A briefing:
Europe. They call it the old world, because this is the last continent where there are real old people. Quite a few of them, actually, especially in smaller towns. Like Aschaffenburg, in northern Bavaria. This must be where other countries send their old people. Their hobbies seem to include: riding the bus, getting into pointless arguments ("Driver! Back door!"-"No, the woman has to push the button"-"She did push the button"- "No, she did't!"-"Did!"-"Didn't" "Did well!"-"....) and visiting the graveyards. If they have relatives burried there, they tend the graves, which involves laborious cleaning of the stone, the use of special black soil, the weeding of plants and seasonal replacement of cut flowers. And replacment of the little lamp that burns forever (about a week, I think). Marble seems to require too much time, so stay away from it, I was advised.
If they don't have relatives, they are on the lookout for "realestate". I was slghtly shocked to find out, that you need to renew your eternal rest-lease every 10 years, otherwise you are evicted, at least your name is. So unless you have someone to do it for you, you might find yourself without a home, since you won't be able to make any payments at that point. But that's a chance for newcomers to move in, Germany is running out of space, so don't be too picky about who was there before. It's a shame, though, some of my favorite babygraves are gone. The parents must have forgotten. You little bones, rest in peace.
