Eyes, Glasses and Myself

I've known for many years, that my vision is in dire need of correction. I've also learned year after year, that because of a number of unfortunate little details, correction is nearly impossible in my case. And what a pitty, for apparently glasses look really good on me. At least the people from IC BERLIN seemed to think so and cast me as an model for their new catalogue. I'm now entitled to a free pair of glasses, but was advised to wait for the arrival of guenther n..
But I also went to a very good eyedoctor the other day. His eyes were nearsighted and cloudy and full of compassion and understanding. Like all previous visits to ophtalmologists the examination remained fruitless. But he was the first doctor to point out that not seeing clearly can be a nice thing also. And I should think about, whether it really was a problem.
I suppose sometimes you just need to change your attitude towards situations to make a difference, but the last three times I almost got hit by cars I never saw coming tell me, that a change of attitude doesn't always have the desired effect.
If I make it to the store in one piece, I'll try to pick up a guenther n. today. These sunglasses seem to be made for people prone to accidents, the makers claim they are unbreakable. Hope I don't prove them wrong.
